Positives: I booked a stay at your hotel for three nights from June 17th to June 20th. Due to an emergency, I had to leave on June 19th and requested to cancel the third night. The hotel directed me to Booking.com, but Booking.com informed me that the hotel must approve the cancellation. Ultimately, my request was denied, and I did not receive a refund for the third night. I am disappointed with this lack of communication and cooperation, and I find it unfair to be charged for a night I did not stay. I hope you can review this matter and issue a refund for the third night.
