The location to Times Square was great. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Maids were very good.

Room Needed a full length mirror, needed luggage holders, and drawers, I hate putting my luggage on the floor. Also needs shelves in the bathroom to put costmetics, needed hooks to hang clothes. Needed more hangers.
