Positives: The hotel itself is great - spotlessly clean, the bed was very very comfortable, and all the staff I interacted with were really nice. It's in a perfect location too, being right in the heart of the city with all manner of stuff within walking distance. Even the free breakfast, whilst not extensive in options, was alright.
Negatives: It may be worth noting that as well as the $200 fee they charge on check-in in case of room damage, if you choose to pay at the property rather than on booking, they charge your card the full cost of the first night's stay (in my case over $200) as a security deposit to ensure your card is valid the day before you check-in. You are then charged again on check-in for the full cost of the stay and have the 'security deposit' released to your bank within a few days. All in I ended up paying around $450 more than expected with both the security deposit and the damage deposit, a lot of money, which caught me out and may catch you out too if you're not aware of it as I can only see the damage deposit mentioned on the listing here.

Positives: The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable The room is nicely decorated. Showers and furniture, everything is very pleasant
Negatives: The treatment we received when we arrived was very unpleasant. The receptionist didn't even say welcome. Extreme impatience. The receptionist scolded us when we asked where they would keep the luggage until we got the room. When we didn't understand his question the first time, he got really angry and spoke condescendingly. A lack of courtesy that I have never met in a hotel. We asked for a map of the area and he said there was none. In the evening when we arrived the reception employee was replaced by someone else, we asked for a map and an explanation of where we were and he helped us and slightly improved the overall unpleasant feeling when we arrived.
