Everything. MY BAG DISAPPEARED FROM MY ROOM BECAUSE SOMEONE FROM THE HOTEL TOOK IT OUT WITHOUT PERMISION STATING THAT “THEY TOOK IT FROM A CHECKED OUT ROOM” WHEN I YET HAD ANOTHER NIGHT BOOKED. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT MY BAG “APPEARED IN ROOM 208” WHEN I WAS STAYING IN ROOM 201!!!! IT WAS THE SHITTIEST EXPERIENCE EVER. WOULDN’T GO BACK THERE EVEN IF THEY GIFTED ME THE STAY.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The location of the hotel is amazing,only a few meters away from central park and there is a metro station just round the corner.
Negatives:
The hotel needs renovation... There is only one extremely slow elevator and you need to plan additional 10-15 min only to get to the upper floors. The room wasn't big enough even to open my suitcase on the floor. The ventilation system is not very good. The bathroom facilities are also not in good condition. The internet wasn't working properly.

Great location. The staff at check-in was great. The guy there late night didn't open his mouth when spoken to. I had multiple keys that did not work. Tiny rooms, even for New York. Carpets didn't look very clean, paint on walls peeling. General rundown feeling.
