Negatives: The room was a bit small There wasn't enough seating for breakfast The lift was slow- I was on the 6th floor

Negatives: Maybe the person works during the breakfast needs to be more friendly!

Negatives: The hotel needs some TLC. The staff work hard to keep it in the best condition but carpets are worn, paint missing, damp in bathrooms, hotel doors damaged. Also take care which room you book as our original room was so small we struggled to get cases in. Room was changed to a bigger one when requested.

Negatives: Rooms a little tired but to be honest location is so good and price is great and they do the job.

Negatives: Rooms are way tinier than they look in the photos, you can't open your suitcases without putting them on the bed. There are no mini fridges in the rooms, you have to specially request them. We saw 3 roaches throughout the duration of a 5-night stay and there was a dead rat in the hallway when we first arrived. Throughout the waking hours and into the night, there was an intermittent buzzer noise - very loud, lasted about 8 seconds and went off every 2 minutes. This usually stopped around 10PM but there was an evening where it went until 2AM and I could not fall asleep in the hotel that I paid for. I have a sleep disorder and this really made my day harder - if you have narcolepsy, stay far away. The bathroom is tiny, tiny, tiny. If you're in the shower, you can't turn around without hitting the sink. Facilities are shabby and need renovation desperately. Corners of the rooms are filthy, carpet is dirty, and many amenities, like the coffee maker, were terribly dusty. The door handle of our bathroom was extremely loose and rickety and would "lock" itself, so if you closed the bathroom door when you weren't in it, you might not be able to get back inside. They sell snacks and drinks in the lobby and it's 3 dollars for a bottle of water, so definitely bring your own if you can. Get up early for the continental breakfast, as the room can get crowded quickly. Not very many outlets in the room and the sockets on the lamp were so loose that you basically couldn't use them at all. There is NO outlet beside the twin bed in the double room, beware! Our room's view was of a noisy, dark "courtyard." There is one tiny elevator for 14 floors and it has a very long wait. The ice machine is dirty and created brown water. This facility is "cheap for Manhattan," but I still paid twice my rent for a 5-day stay in a dirty hotel that I could barely sleep in. Very poor value for its price.

Negatives: I didn't like for the amount of money I paid for that room the paint should not be peeling in the bathroom,, there should be no dings in the wall, and wallpaper should not be peeling from the walls.
