Negatives: Window aircon unit was very loud. A lot of the sockets were loose.

Negatives: Not having a microwave in the room! It's a modest touch, but I believe it would have made more sense.

Negatives: No fruits such as bananas, apples, and oranges.

Negatives: the cleaning on the alevaitors

Negatives: Everything else...... The decor was old and tatty with peeling paint and chipped furniture. The AC was pointed directly in the the bedspace of our son so couldnt have it on at all and we all had a bad nifht sleep due to being over heated. The room itself was very very small and tight. We thought we booked a Delux room and there was nothing at all about this room that was delux! The stairwells.and over all look internally was very old and delapatated. Its very much in need of a complete renovation and update. The breakfast was "ok" it will.do ! Over all i would not recomment this hotel. The photos for this hotel are very misleading, the rooms are set out like this, but do not have bed spreads, nor Lamps, and furniture is old. Also the big building pictures of hotel on the corner is the Mistique hotel NOT LaQuita. Its totally a different building. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night!

Negatives: The hotel is very run down, the room was on floor 14 and had definitely been botched. Two photos have been included, there are many more that show this. The toilet basin cover wasn’t even the right one for the toilet and the roll holder, you just simply couldn’t use. Our friends room on the 10th floor was also very poor so we think it’s a general consensus of the hotel itself!

Negatives: I didn't have internet access in my room, but it didn't impact me greatly Room felt damp after a day of rain, so maybe the air conditioning settings were off.

Negatives: I did not like clearness

Negatives: The shower-bathtub had no grab bars or non-skid floor; the faucet was broken when I arrived, and there were no hooks or shelves in the space. The lobby was tiny. The room itself was never made up during my stay, which was a shock. (I can understand not changing the sheets and towels, but not cleaning up is unacceptable at this price!) Morever, though the walls were freshly painted, the carpeting in the corridor was filthy and the stairway was badly stained. The people at the front desk on Friday and Saturday were unwelcoming, though I gather that they were relief staff. (The person in charge on Sunday was very professional and friendly.)

Negatives: Room size was very small the breakfast standard not suitable for Gluten free. No key available for the safe in the room. Décor in the bathroom needed attention.
