The location is unbeatable for the price! Across the street from Central Park, 1 block from Colombus Avenue with many restaurants and other services. The hotel is located in a more residential area. The hotel was very quiet during the evenings. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Subway stop was just one block away.
Negatives:
The size of the rooms is really small...but normal for NYC. I was traveling with friend and we opted to get two single rooms for slightly more $ than getting a room for the two of us...that was a really wise choice.
