Positives:
Great location close to Flatiron district and has a nice view up on the rooftop. The staff was very friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything. Great complimentary breakfast from 7am-9am. Had a room with a balcony so that was nice, although it faced the water tank but that's a common NY view.
Negatives:
Room was stuffy and not quite how the images looked. Had issues with stained bedsheets but once we called they were able to provide clean ones.

It's a small space but that didn't bother my partner and I, we were very comfortable. It would be tight if you had large luggage but we packed light so we were fine.
