The hotel was the perfect location for me and my friends. It was very accessible to the subway , the bus terminal and the famous sights like the Empire State and Times Square and shopping areas, Macy's was a few blocks and there is a Nordstrom outlet at the corner. The surrounding area was bustling but the hotel was located in a very quiet street. There was luggage storage across the hotel which was very convenient when we spent a weekend in Boston.

Very quiet, interior design, architecture design, color choices, professionalism of staff, and more. Life Hotel exceeded my expectations. I wasn't aware of the hotel brand and so I was afraid and it was perfect. The bathroom was huge. Plenty of place to do fittings for our models for NYFW in the room. It was a convenient location near the fashion week venue.
Negatives:
I had them get airport transportation for me. I believe the vehicle that arrived was too big. I was charged for that. $148. I didn't say anything. I didn't want to be late getting to the airport. It's cool

Great location, lovely staff, free coffee/tea in the morning, comfortable bed, good wifi, gym had everything you need for a short visit. It was good value for money.

Airconditioning worked well but was very loud, it was quite expensive for a week's stay but so is everything in New York.

Positives:
The room was spacious, nicely designed and kept spotless clean during our stay. Fridge, kettle, steamer were made placed in the room immediately upon our request. Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff is kind, and the little bar on the ground level is handy, pending you have time to wait for it as service is a bit slow.
Negatives:
The airco is very noisy, and our window was one giving on fire stairs with other airco machines… so it was not a nice or silent view. The bed was a bit soft for me.
Don’t order a taxi at reception, it seems the company they use has a very own perception of time: after waiting 40 minutes for a taxi supposedly arriving in 15 minutes, we had to jump in an Uber to make sure we catch our flight.
