The front desk staff person we checked in with was great. We also appreciated the bottle of wine sent to our room for our anniversary. I don't want to seem ungratefull but see below.
Negatives:
A weird lobby and elevator experience. Lots of time waiting for the elevators. The lobby and dinning area was always crowded and noisy. And the place smelled of cleaning fluid. And the rooms were not exactly modern.

The shower was confusing at first to figure out how to work it. A few labels would be helpful.

The location is perfect and the hotel has a very modern vibe/feel. The lobby was gorgeous and had so much to offer, including the cutest rooftop bar. The room had a great city view, and the rainfall shower and seat was amazing!! The hotel was very clean!
Negatives:
The room was surprisingly dim, & did not have enough lighting. There was a huge mirror, but yet even in daylight, I couldnt even really see because there were no big lights at all. There also was no microwave (not advertised, but would be beneficial)

The hotel was so busy & they only ever had 2 elevators running. They were usually crammed & you had to wait in line in the lobby for one. One morning we had to wait >10 minutes to catch one down because all of the ones that came were packed full. UGH!
Negatives:
Breakfast wasnt worth $30 a person. Got a $10 credit that could only be used at the bar! Also having to leave your key card in the light switch was weird.
Positives:
Location, location, location!

Not enough counter space in the restroom, but we improvised and used the massive ledge on the windows. It was fine.

Our stay was perfect, honestly no complaints and that is pretty rare. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the hotel was always clean despite being very busy, the location cant be beat, and it has something for all ages.
Negatives:
We had an adjoining room with our kids and it would have been nice to have the option for one room to be a king size bed and the other room to doubles. We were pretty cramped in a double bed.

Room was regular. It should have been handicap accessible. Staff were tremendously helpful with changes. Smiling with apologies throughout change process. Will definitely book there again.

Staff wasnt able to accommodate a late check out for an hour longer wasnt feeling well -just seemed odd hotel was not overly busy.

Very limited closet space and NO drawer space in the room. We had to live out of our suitcases during our visit. Also lighting in the room is totally inadequate.

Upbeat vibe, clean rooms. Check in was fast. Great location. Close to Times Square but still away from a lot of the noise. Smoking section on the terrace is awesome, but needs heaters! $10 daily bill credit for drinks at the bar

Elevators are always full and slow. Check in is late, 4PM. No do not disturb signs for door. TV screen kept displaying someone else's name, ice machine didn't work on our floor. Room was tighter, smaller than described online. Bed very firm but not awful
Positives:
This hotel exceeded all expectations! Location is incredible - less than 10 min walk to entrance Central Park - broadway shows steps away - terrace bar overlooking the city / Times Square is spectacular- staff was incredible. Highly recommend
