Positives:
The location is great, ideally situated to explore New York. Subway station close by and easy walk to Times Square, Central Park etc.
Rooms are a decent size for New York. Great shower.
Little mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.
Roof terrace was magnificent and had lovely views. Nice to be able to chill out there after a hectic day.
Negatives:
Throughout our stay one of the 2 lifts that takes you from the entrance to the lobby was out of order which led to queues. (The hotel did however send an apology for the inconvenience so appreciated that they understood that this was not ideal)
Without sounding picky - as the rooms are nice - , there is a lack of shelving in the wardrobe which made it tricky to put clothes away.
