Positives:
The hotel and staff were very accommodating. They helped my daughter and I every step of the way. When I had an issue with room service, the front desk helped out with the situation. Very nice staff. Great location as well.
Negatives:
The beds and pillows were way too soft, they felt like they were old. Just my opinion.
I received a raw burger from room service, they brought me another one and it was still pink and overcooked on one side.

The property was everything we hoped for! Located right on Time Square, the hotel was a quiet and relaxing oasis. The staff was fantastic, food was delicious & our room on the 27th floor was spacious, well-equipped and clean. The pool area was fabulous, the rooftop bar offered a good selection of drinks and the restaurants were serving a wide selection as well. We had the best time here & will definitely stay again!

Security at street level, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, room was beautiful and surprisingly quiet. Plenty of outlets for charging, bathroom was so nice! Location was extremely convenient to our plans.
Negatives:
The elevators! We had to wait for an elevator after checking out for so long that we missed our planned bus home! Asked early check in/late check out but they cost extra.
