Positives:
I have never seen a hotel with such happy and helpful staff, most of whom are Brazilian. You get a $15 voucher per person to spend on coffee at the hotel, they offer water all the time for everyone and you don't have to leave your room. Very clean bathroom, simple but good gym. Perfect breakfast! About 10 minutes from Time Square walking.
