The location is great, just in front of the oculus.
Negatives:
The hotel is dated. The first room we were given was dirty and smelly. The manager kindly gave us a new room in the supposedly renovated part of the building. The room was just the same minus the smell.
Furniture is all scratched, lamps broken. No plugs by the bed to plug in your phone. Just very dated and not very clean.
On the last day we asked to use the bathroom in the lobby to change and it was gross

The room was standard hotel setup. Lovely view of the WestField WTC Shopping Centre.
Good walkability to surrounding areas.
Negatives:
The drain in the bathroom didnt go down very well. A little dated of a room. Didnt have a mini fridge to store my drinks.
The random lazyboy style chair was not needed...not sure i would trust the cleanliness either.
