I wait to check in at 430 for an hour. Was not able too. Came back at 10:30 and there was still a line to check in. Wait for another half hour. When the staff checking people in went from 4 people to 1 . I voice my displeasure. Absolutely will never stay again

There was noise and construction work during his stay, on Saturday morning we woke up to the noise! Unfortunately for one reason or another we had to extend our stay at the hotel for another night without any choice, we went down to the reception to ask for an extension by night and they told us to extend through booking, we specifically asked if we were staying in the same room and they told us yes, and indeed we did, we went to make arrangements and when we came back I found out that our room had been locked And when we turned to the reception they told us that we had to vacate the room because it was supposed to be renovated, after a lot of talk and a very dismissive and dismissive speech on the part of the manager, she brought up security with us so that they would vacate the room, I felt humiliated, it was very embarrassing when they see you thrown out of the room like that as if I were the last of the criminals, At the same time we took our things and left and did not stay the same
