Positives:
Staff was extremely welcoming! Hotel employee was great and very helpful.
Negatives:
Elevators were out of order the majority of the weekend. Only 1 out of 4 was working the first day, had to wait upwards of 15 mins for a car. Ended up having to use the service elevator the majority of the trip.
Negatives:
The hotel had four elevators, but only one was operational. We had to use the service elevator. Additionally, the room lacked a mini fridge, and the couch was extremely dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not very clean.

This hotel was disgusting and dirty I couldn?t get anybody on the phone and I couldn?t get room service at all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Negatives:
The south elevator bank is extremely slow. I always try to get a room on the north elevator bank but it was not able to this trip. I am not happy with security late at night. I think you should be asked to show your key to enter the elevators.

The location was perfect with the subways within walking distance along with the mall and restaurants

The room was ok. A little out dated and the facility fees ($35.00) for things I didnt use was a little too much.
