The location was great with very close subway access. The staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The room was dirty. The carpets stained. The air conditioner didn’t work well. The refrigerator did not work. The carpets were wet.
They changed our room…we packed our suitcases back up…went to room #2…the door wouldn’t unlock….moved to room #3. All at the end of a tiring day. There were no washcloths or hand towels in either room. Both rooms were just dingy.

Positives:
The location of the hotel is really awesome and we could see the World Trade Center directly from the window. You could actually feel a part of modern history from the room. The hotel was good overall and the staff is good and efficient. The subway stations (multiple) are literally around the hotel with a 10 foot walk which made it really easy to go anywhere we wanted.
Negatives:
The hotel room was a bit dated and you start seeing it wearing out. The furniture is a bit old and the amenities were lacking (like no mini-fridge) for which we had to ask them separately and was paid (although they gave it free as we needed it for medical reasons, thank you). The carpet was worn out and there weren't any facilities at the hotel. However, the positives made the stay worth it.
