Rooms are very outdated. We had to move out of our first room because the AC wasn't working properly. It smelled like pure cigarettes, and the pull out was broken. Also the carpets were awful. If they would just pull up the carpets, put hard floors in and replace the pull out couches it would make a world of difference.

It was a very comfortable and clean room with a great bathroom. The bed was big and the TV was big too. We were on a high floor and our view to the 9/11 memorial was amazing and breathtaking. The breakfast was included and it had a great variety and was really tasty. Overall, the hotel was really good and looked really good on the inside.
Negatives:
Even though our breakfast was included, 2h after our stay was over they charged us $100 for breakfast, and when we emailed them about it, no one answered.
