Negatives:
I was very happy with the hotel until I check out. They charged me an extra 500$ “smoking fee” WITHOUT even mentioning anything. I am a non-smoker and was alone in the room. I only found out about it after I checked the invoice which they only sent me by email after I left. This is absolutely unacceptable.
In addition to that they charged an extra 150$ deposit per night as well WITHOUT mentioning anything. I realized when checking my credit card payments on day 2 and when I approached the reception the explanation was “those are deposit fees and will be refunded a 7 days after checkout”. It is not acceptable to charge things without pointing it out! But I thought it’s alright, things happen and I’ll get it back. But after I checked out and got charged with some made up charges of 500$ for NOTHING, this made me very angry. Being already gone not able to talk to the hotel anymore, just outrages.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE CHARGES!!!

The property has definitely gone down since my last stay about 5yrs ago. I was given a dirty room and there was construction being done in the hall way near the elevator. They tried to cover the mess with card board boxes...Then I refused to stay in that room, and after brining my concerns to the staff, he tried to upsell me with a "suite". I refused and demanded another room for the same price as I agreed to. The manager seemed to not care and neither did the rest of the staff. After about 30mins, I finally got a decent room but the hotel had one working elevator. What a joke! How can you run a hotel business with 50 plus floors and only have one elevator. This place is just a complete disaster. I will NEVER stay here again. So before booking a room here, read each review carefully and beware. Everything on their website is deceiving.
