Location is good as it is near Times square and room is also decent but breakfast is like Pick and go option that too not as good as they charge for the room.
Negatives:
They ask for 100$ advance for security deposit which shouldn't be the case in all places.
but let's consider this as their internal policy may be because of some incidents happened in the past but that 100$ should be returned as soon as guest is leaving the hotel instead 7-8 business days.

Very close to everything, Broadway, Times Square, high end street, room is daily cleaned and friendly staff. Secured location.
Negatives:
Breakfast is boring. No options. Please serve hot foods like eggs and hotdogs. Grab and go is okay with me despite being used to sitting breakfast in
Europe and UK destination but there should be variety for breakfast.
