Positives:
All the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly and did their job well.
Negatives:
The hotel is old and requires renovation. During the 7 days of stay, only 1 elevator worked, no one tried to fix the 2nd elevator. Waiting for the elevator was daily and took a lot of time.
The windows in the hotel were incredibly dirty, both in the lobby and on the 2nd floor at breakfast.

Positives:
The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the location was ideal.
Negatives:
This did not feel like good value for money. The entrance to the hotel felt like a store front, and the staff were disinterested and couldn’t have been less helpful. Whilst the room itself was nice, it did not have the additional amenities you would expect for such an expensive place, really you just get a bed and a bathroom and not much else. Despite reviews for a long time complaining about only one working elevator, this is clearly not something they are working with to fix, and instead we were told (by the woman at reception rolling her eyes when we asked) to account for 5-10 minutes extra when leaving the hotel to ensure we have time to wait for the elevator. Finally, the rooftop pool is not quite what you expect, and the photos are extremely misleading, which summarises the whole experience, a feeling of false advertisement and a bit of a let down.

Negatives:
Location was great, staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and pretty. Overall a fantastic experience. The floor was a little dirty upon arrival. Our coffee station was once refreshed with new Nespresso pods, but left with dirty mugs from our previous drink. Those are probably the only negative points I can find.

Amazing location, outstanding customer service/team, rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. Pool is a bonus but due to weather we weren't able to enjoy it.

Parking garage the hotel recommends is close by and fine but extremely tight and definitely makes you wonder whether your car will survive its stay unscathed.
