Nina the front desk manager was very helpful. We had two major issues during our stay, but she was able to resolve them both to our satisfaction. I commend her for her professionalism and quickness to action; she really salvaged the Mondrian experience for my parents, brother, and me.
Negatives:
Our two issues regarded the air conditioner and another (not Nina at the front desk) staff member/parking situation. Again, Nina was helpful, so I will not make too big a deal of the other stuff. Everyone has a bad day from time to time.

The property was clean and well
Maintained and quick to respond on our requests.
Negatives:
The main reception area was too small with barely a wooden platform to sit and wait. No sitting arrangement for the guests.
Also, even the terrace breakfast place was nice to sit and see the Manhattan from the top, I wish they had better options for breakfast and made it quick to refill. The staff was trying their best but guests had to wait for a long time for the hot food to be refilled.

the terrace was beautiful. A great place to sit at the end of the day or in the morning with coffee. The breakfast was also very good.
Negatives:
The bedding was not overly comfortable and the pillows were very thin and few. when we asked for extra pillows the staff was unable to locate any extras.
