Way overpriced. Breakfast was sad. This was not a 4.5 star hotel as indicated. The resort fee is bullshit. Just another way to bleed more money out of you. The beds were too small. Why is impossible to find a hotel room that can fit a family of 4.

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago. Nothing has been updated since and the rooms looked tired - some peeling wall paper, stained furniture, lifts temperamental . Had to pay 30 dollar daily fee but Wi-Fi rarely connected- not sure what else this fee covered as no bar or drink facilities. Breakfast was a continental breakfast on plastic plates. Limited choice and some things ran out on busier days . The hotel had an amazing bar on the terrace but this was closed .

- Im so disappointed I would of certainly moved hotels if the receptionist would of let me have a refund for the days I had yet to stay !
I defiantly was sold a hotel that wasnt at all operational or up to its standard !

The Mondrian Hotel in Manhattan exceeded my expectations! The stylish decor, impeccable service, and central location made for a fantastic stay. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with stunning city views. Highly recommended!

Very poor/incomplete breakfast not adjusted to turists, also the service was poor, basics ran out like juice before the closing hour. Lack of proper space to sit and have a relaxed breakfast. Next time I'll have it outside and exclude it from the overall package
