I have mobility issues and specifically booked because they mentioned that had valet parking and upon arrival, there was no valet.
There was no area made available to park your car for valet. And when I called the hotel to ask for valet assistance, they said there was no one available and I would need to check in to get assistance.
Well, with nowhere to park - how does one check in? Ultimately, I had to scramble and find nearby parking and walk several blocks with my luggage in the 100 degree heat.

The view from the room is gorgeous but the room is very small. no refrigerator, shelves, kettle
Negatives:
we were vacationing with a 5-month-old child, I really wanted to go up to the roof to take a couple of photos, but we were denied this, although I specifically booked the hotel because of this view and the bar (the child did not cry)

Great location, several restaurants on the property, unique amenities. Comfortable bed and great AC. Located near many subway entrances.

Very small, dark, crowded lobby. Long wait times for the elevators, especially when the upper roof deck club is open. Very loud music in the elevator at all hours of the day. Lobby bar staff not friendly. Small rooms with cheap, unsteady furniture.

The destination fee exchange for breakfast is misleading. We got an extra charge of 4.74 after the cashier told us that the total amount was just 21 cents above 30. It is not about the 4 bucks, but about charging stuff in a non-transparent way, feeling like you got scammed.

The front desk service was great! Tristan was very helpful. I loved the breakfast, such a cute little cafe. And the bed was soooo comfortable.
Negatives:
I ordered a meal on the 2nd floor for dinner and it never came. After waiting an hour, I had to cancel it. There was not enough seating in the lobby. The elevator area was really dark and it was hard to see the buttons inside the elevator.
