Positives:
The view of the Empire State Building from the city view room and location in the heart of Chelsea are the hotel’s winning features.
Negatives:
Paid for a high city view floor (at a premium) only to be met with the hotel rooftop night club noise that reverberated through the walls and into the pillows when trying to sleep. Unbearable. Complained and was moved rooms at 1am (night club operates until 4am). Completely unacceptable.
