• Location was awesome … close to so many attractions, stores, food, etc.
• Staff was very friendly and welcoming
• Bed was super comfortable
• Showerhead was amazing

• I understand it's Manhattan but the room was tiny. I wasn't expecting something that small for that price
• The shower door did not seal tight so there was water on the bathroom floor which soaked the bath mat towel each time I used the shower
• Some of the channels were not working but it seemed like an issue with the entire hotel's cable/satellite provider, not just my TV

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Also quiet given its location so close to Times Square
Negatives:
The room could have been cleaner and one of the beds wasn’t serviced during our stay. We were downgraded from the room we booked. Staff helpful and gave a discount but was disappointing as we carefully chose the room we wanted. No view at all from our room.

The hotel was cute, modern, and possessed beautiful immensities. The staff, especially Melaney at the front desk was amazing and so helpful!
Negatives:
The pictures online of the rooms during the booking process did not capture just how small the rooms were. Also, the Magic Hour Lounge and Bar on the rooftop was a fun experience and had great drinks, but we made dinner reservations thinking it was going to be a full course meal, when it was just bar food. I think this should be better expressed online so those making the reservations are aware.

The lobby/lounge area was nice and I liked the industrial vibe of the place.
Negatives:
The rooms really are very very small, even by NY standard. I had to climb on the bed to open/close the blinds. Not enough hangers/space for clothes and lack of surface space by sink for toothbrushes etc. didn’t seem like the best use of space. The room also felt a little shabby - scuffs on desk, scratches on TV, stains on chairs etc. and didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned. My shower also leaked water all over the bathroom floor, despite putting a mat down. Would have liked to have been able to crack the window open for fresh air. Had very little interaction with staff but I didn’t have the friendliest of staff member when I checked in.
