GREAT LOCATION - NICE STAFF...
Positives:
We recently stayed at this relatively new hotel and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel is easy to reach by subway and taxi, and it’s also within walking distance to both Little Italy and Chinatown.
Our room with a double bed was spacious and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Our package included a daily $30 voucher for drinks, which we enjoyed at the small but cool bar on the ground floor. The rooftop bar is stunning with a trendy, hip atmosphere, though it is quite expensive.
A special mention to the hotel staff for their professionalism during a fire alarm incident one night. Their handling of the situation and clear communication over the intercom reassured us until we were informed it was a false alarm. We felt very safe throughout.
Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely book again!

Although our room was clean at the beginning, room cleaning did an okay, but not perfect job throughout our six-night stay (e.g., the bedsheets were never changed). I guess they were busy due to option for late check out (12:00)

We stayed here in preparation for the 5 Boro Bike Tour. We had a small room, which had us maneuvering a bit to fit in luggage and items. Rooms were quiet and peaceful. Breakfast cafe good for coffee and pastries. Staff was friendly and professional.

The nightclub goes on until 4am, we were on the 3rd floor and I could hear the bass all night even with earplugs (luckily I bought some)

Negatives:
There is no where to hang towel. The sink is very difficult to wash your hands in. The bathroom is ridiculous if your sharing room you can here and smell everything they do in the toilet. Shower is right above your head on the ceiling. Women love to feel the water hit all over their bodies. I don’t like to get my hair wet every shower. No space to put luggage. You will be cramped if your staying as a couple. There’s no trash bin in the room just in toilet area.

Staff unqualified and not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Booked room with breakfast included, breakfast did not exist. You can spend up to $30 per room at the hotel bar (if you are two!). Two cappuccinos and two brioches and the limit is reached. Shameful.
