Negatives:
Ordered ice to the room. No show. Next night went to the bar and no ice, no mixed drinks, ice machine on the lower level not working as well. Never had housekeeping in 5 days of stay even when requested. Room 409 June 20-26

Negatives:
No kettle or coffee-making equipment in the room. This is something I would expect with so many international travellers adjusting to time zones.
Breakfast included is very basic; coffee, pre-packaged muffins, yoghurt and juices. The cafe is good with croissants, proper coffee selection, etc - but definitely designed to trade up the stay

I liked the vibe of the hotel. Great place to wind down in the lobby bar and for pre game the rooftop lounge was amazing! Great drinks and food! All employees were pleasant and everything felt clean. Woukd come back!

Positives:
Clean, modern, beautiful hotel located in the lower east side of NYC. It's in great walking distance to many many shops, bars, restaurants, subway etc.
The staff is absolutely lovely!
Negatives:
Negative: no fridge or microwave in the room, please read better than I did beforehand.

A little more methods of payment! This was partially on me for not planning ahead, but it would’ve saved me the extra trouble if we could use two cards instead of it all being on one!

I like staying here when visiting my children in the neighborhood. If I drive into the city, valet parking is easy. The rooms are small but clean. The atmosphere is upbeat and there is always lots of activity onsite. The staff at the front desk are friendly and efficient and the doormen are helpful if you need any local information.
Negatives:
This time we traveled with a larger suitcase and in the king room, we could not find a single place to put it on the luggage rack and leave it open without having to crawl over it. Ended up having to unpack everything.
