The location, the staff and the jazz club

One thing , a club promoter that was possibly affiliated with the hotel because the staff knew him and he was in the hotel lobby. Bret try to be more friendly , people will always remember how you make them feel .
Positives:
Location was perfect for walking to many places. Staff was very friendly especially night staff and door staff. Able to login to my streaming platforms on the TV. Elevators are quick. Halls are quiet and everything is very clean.
Negatives:
Room is a basic room and pretty tight. Fine for sleeping and showering though.
Positives:
Proximity to restaurants and other important locations was perfect. Transportation and parking was good for being in Newyork.
Negatives:
Room only had one switch to control all the lights. All the lights had to be on for just using the restroom. It was absolutely unreal. Room arrangement was weird, not spacious at all. I also got a wrong room, booked online for two beds but only got one.
