Positives:
Great! We thought the voucher to spend at the bar or coffee shop each day was a great touch and really useful. Really nice and clean room, cool bars and nice staff.
Negatives:
The only flaw is it was quite loud downstairs in the evening so would suggest asking for a higher room. Also lovely room, but the bathroom and shower has next to no privacy as it’s separated by a glass door from the room.

Moxy LES was great. Cool vibe, fun lobby bar (we didn’t get to try the downstairs lounge but it looked nice), friendly staff, fantastic location. Overall a wonderful experience. The only thing I would change would be to have more separation between the toilet and the rest of the room. It was separated from the sleeping space by only a sliding glass wall, which didn’t quite provide enough privacy. That was our only critique. Overall it was wonderful and we would stay again.

Ordered ice to the room. No show. Next night went to the bar and no ice, no mixed drinks, ice machine on the lower level not working as well. Never had housekeeping in 5 days of stay even when requested. Room 409 June 20-26

Good value for the location and a great vibe
Negatives:
No kettle or coffee-making equipment in the room. This is something I would expect with so many international travellers adjusting to time zones.
Breakfast included is very basic; coffee, pre-packaged muffins, yoghurt and juices. The cafe is good with croissants, proper coffee selection, etc - but definitely designed to trade up the stay

I liked the vibe of the hotel. Great place to wind down in the lobby bar and for pre game the rooftop lounge was amazing! Great drinks and food! All employees were pleasant and everything felt clean. Woukd come back!

Positives:
Clean, modern, beautiful hotel located in the lower east side of NYC. It's in great walking distance to many many shops, bars, restaurants, subway etc.
The staff is absolutely lovely!
Negatives:
Negative: no fridge or microwave in the room, please read better than I did beforehand.
