Central location, hip hotel, small but clean rooms and very welcome included goodies (drinks, city bike, about one piece of laundry per day).
Negatives:
Despite a pleasant stay, even if it was quite night-clubby and sometimes noisy the worst part came at the end. The hotel tried to double charge the safety deposit cards for destination fee, city tax and sales tax which had already been prepaid in full. I cannot believe that this was an accident. After one colleague who was double charged complained, they promised a reimbursement within 10 days, but didn't fix the error for the rest of the travel company unless they complained. This smells of fraudulent business practices.

GREAT LOCATION - NICE STAFF...

Location was good, design was fun.
Negatives:
Price was high. Room service never cleaned the room so we had no towels, despite calling the front desk to request towels. The bill had a mistaken, I was charged to parking on both rooms for one car. Front desk fixed it but, I had to catch it and explain it.

Nice location, fun design but...
Positives:
Well connected and luxurious hotel with great restaurants and shopping areas very close to the hotel.Staff was friendly and helpful and we simply loved the small but cozy rooms
Negatives:
Space was limited but this is NYC after all ..and on the first day I did not feel safe walking back to the hotel in the evening ..However after staying a couple of evenings , I realised the area is actually quite safe.The one thing missing in the room was a set up for morning coffee in the room ..I was expecting the same at this price point
