The location and staff.
Negatives:
The rooms are incredibly small, for a price that is expensive (even understanding that it was New York).
The room organization is uncomfortable due to:
- No real wardrobe (just hooks on tubes on the wall)
- A sink next to the door, not separated from the rest of the room.
- No mini-fridge in the bedroom.

The rooms are small. They look a lot bigger on line. Sharing a room with a friend, you have no room to move around, no closet or place to hang nice clothing and no privacy

Lower level room at the front of the hotel and very top floor rooms are loud from the club. Breakfast pastries are awesome but not a substantial breakfast option.
