Negatives: The bedding situation wasn't very good. They use two sheets to cover the duvets, which then came off during the night, so i was sleeping under a bare duvet cover.

Positives: Great location for getting around
Negatives: Shower had some moldy caulking. You are charged a 35$ incidentals fee per day which they then give you a $35 spending credit per day to use within the hotel, but everything is over priced so it’s not ideal or a fair trade.

Positives: The location was fantastic! Lots to see and do within walking distance including the MOMA.
Negatives: The wait for elevators to as long at times Way too busy to relax downstairs, the lobby felt like a bus terminal. I would probably look for a boutique hotel next time I go to NYC.
