It's not a four star hotel. You can not treat people so poorly and call it a four star. They are constantly try to nickel and dime you on everything. Early check in, $55. Bag check, $5... It's a mega hotel and you are but a number to them.

Easy access to attractions and public transit. Room was clean.
Negatives:
Management indifference to customers, as volume of customers so great, lobby was congested with people lined up for an hour wait to check in, and not enough staff checking people in. The room's thermostat had been set to Air conditioning/cooling and could not be manually changed to heat (it's April!) This was raised with maintenance and not responded to. Room was cold for entire stay. Required daily $35 fee for hotel credit, which forced high margin sales of items not wanted. Elevators could not accommodate volume of people.
