Some of the rooms we got were so small we didn’t have enough room to open our luggage. Hotel staff wasn’t really helpful when asked.

Good location, lively reception/bar area, nice employees.
Negatives:
Three days in a row we encountered cockroaches in the hallway right in front of our room. We also saw a mouse/rat running around the bar area once. This was really frustrating and made us feel insecure and dirty as this is not something we are used to from where we are. We got a slight discount and a bottle of red wine but the repeated encounter tells me there is a problem.
