Positives:
The hotel was centered in Midtown and close to time square. There were stores that are in waking distance. Overall the experience and staff were nice. The hotel has a bar, restaurant, 24 hour gym.
Negatives:
The hotel rooms were extremely small. I booked a king size room and was provided with a queen room. I requested a room change to a king and the room was small. There was trash under the bed and the room was right next to the elevator door.

The rooms were relatively large for NYC and clean. It is a newer hotel so things were up to date.
Negatives:
The main reason I wouldn't stay here is the location- not really convenient to anything and several blocks walk from the closest subway (Grand Central). The front desk staff were polite but not incredibly helpful for several simple requests.
Positives:
The hotel was decorated festively. It was well located while still being relatively quiet. Room was right next to elevator, and in general, we did not hear any voices. The dinging of the elevator does is carry so if youre a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Positives:
Great central location for a lot of the main sights by foot but also calm at the same time . Some decent food and drink options within immediate vicinity.
Busy and bustling hotel with great bar area.
Negatives:
Hotel is used for airline crew who are prioritised in terms of room allocation. The hotel is being cleaned 24/7 as people arrive and leave at all hours of day .
We had 4 rooms which varied considerably in terms of comfort and size despite being same room type .
You have the option to check in and choose your room shortly before arrival but due to booking via booking.com this isnt an option.
Booking.com advertise pastries and coffee each morning in lobby but this didnt exist
