No coffee maker or a minibar in the room. My phone was not working and it took 4 days to repair. Applied for a morning yoga class but it was cancelled and did not receive any notice about the cancelation.

Our stay was very good, the room was comfortable and a bit small but as expected. It was clean with a nice window view, provided with comfortable sheets and bed. The location was central for roaming in the soho streets, and close to the metro station. The breakfast was very good as well.
Negatives:
The hotel bar serves coffee with disposable cup which is annoying and not fitting the hotel standards. The hotel offers a nice rooftop view, but in fact it is closed even for hotel guests, which was disappointing and misleading. Pricy breakfast.

The staff were very friendly. The location is very good if you prefer to stay in Lower Manhattan. The view is stunning and I could see the Empire Building from my window afar.
Negatives:
I don't like the fake flowers in the hotel. Hope they can change to fresh ones.
