It was quiet despite being in the centre of Times Square, comfy bed, good shower, great central location.
Negatives:
Aircon is on a sensor so turns off whilst you're sleeping and not moving.... Very weird. It was small which is expected for NYC - actually comfortable for 1 person, would likely be tight for 2. I'll still stay here again though.

Central NYC comfortable hotel

The only positive to this property is the location is very close proximity to Times Square & The staff are great. Given the below issues noted the staff were outstandingly helpful and understanding of my concerns. Allowing us to leave the hotel and be refunded for the remainder of our stay as we could only bare one night.
Negatives:
We can only comment on the room we were in, however the room itself was worse than we could’ve ever imagined. It was dirty, unkept and uncomfortable. We had walls that were marked and stained, blinds that had been ripped out of their tracks and didn’t work which were also covered in dirt. The bathroom was next level disgusting, was worse than a campsite public bathroom. Missing chunks from tiles, barely any grout, terribly dirty shower curtain. For the absurd amount of money you pay for this hotel given the great location, there is definitely better value for money elsewhere.

The location was right in the heart of Times Square

Everything. The toilet would not flush so we had to use the lobby bathroom, the shower needed to run for 15mins before hot water would come through, we had to open a window for ventilation in the bathroom to which I have now been charged $459 USD for doing so. There was no mini bar or fridge or any coffee or tea facilities, we had to push the bed up against the wall to be able to open our suitcases and the bed frames sounded like they would collapse if we rolled over too quickly. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in as a regular traveler.
