It’s 2024 and this property has no ice machines no refrigerators our iron was broke, and the thing I hated the least was that housekeeping did not knock on your door. They just entered in while I was in bed sleeping. And then two of the six nights that I stayed, they did not clean my room.

People on the corridors where noisy and the maid where knocking on my door at 9 am for house keeping I said that I didn’t need it (from inside) then she knocked again about 30 minutes before it was check out time
She called the manager (I think it was the manager, it was a guy on a suit) and when I left the room they both where outside
They didn’t say anything to me but I felt uneasy (since it was not checkout time yet) very weird I don’t know if they thought I left earlier without checking out or something like that

The location is very central. That is honestly the only positive thing I can comment on.

The location is very central but also very loud and crowded. The first room was unacceptable, it reeked of smoke and cigarette and there was noise that started around 4 am, it was impossible to sleep. We got another room the next day but there was a construction right next to it and it kept going on the whole night. Also impossible to sleep. We called the reception to ask if they knew how long it'll last and they were being really ironic and rude. It was probably one of the WORST hotels I've ever been to. The cleanliness was also not something I can comment positively about. The walls in the whole hotel are dirty.

Great location right in Times Square. Close to subway access, stores and restaurants/bars. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Entry was secured at night and felt very safe as well as keycard access required for the elevator.
Negatives:
Lower floor rooms can be noisy due to street traffic. The room itself was quite small and AC/utilities were somewhat loud. The fixtures in the bathroom were subpar (shelf over the sink was loose/tilted). Elevators were very small.
