This was my second post-COVID stay, and I can?t understand why they won?t put drinking cups in their rooms. I like to keep water by the bed at night. No such luck here. As well, no wash clothes. Aside from that, the room was OK.

The room had a poor quality double bed, was exceedingly tiny, and had poor water pressure. The lobby area was under renovation so limited access and loud. The bar is not inviting or pleasant. Property was not good value.

We were racially profiled as well as FOLLOWED and threatened with police if we didn?t SHOW security our key card. This was NOT our first stay here, but this was the first time it?s happened.

The room we reserved was not ready we were put in another room then asked to check out at 11 and could not check back in until 4.

Noticed rust in bathroom, exposed particle board wood around sine, loose plumbing cap of shower.

6th floor button missing in one elevator. Found it underpants behind bed! Toilets way too low, great for small children, not good for tall or old people.
