The bedroom door had stains that were disgusting to touch as well as the window that had dirt that was never cleaned. The housekeeping staff always woke me up at 9 or 10 in the morning wanting to clean the room. The bathroom wall is made of glass, you can see everything, so if you don't have intimacy with the other person, don't stay at this hotel. The other guests kept slaming the doors of the rooms making a loud noise on the entire floor making impossible to rest after a long day.
The room is really small for two.

Room was confortable for 1 person, very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary coffee in the morning was good
Negatives:
The air vent was just on top of the face, so sleeping with air conditioning on was uncomfortable. Also at night the whole room vibrated for some unexplained reason.

Very clean, good location, everything worked, well sound-proofed (I was next to the rooftop bar and couldn’t hear the noise from it). Free coffee in the morning is a nice touch.
Negatives:
Noisy ventilators in room disrupted sleep somewhat. Room was very small, $200+ a night really doesn’t get you much in Manhattan…

One of my favorite spots...
Positives:
Great location! The hotel is very central, close to everything in Midtown. It was very accessible, with a great connection nearby. The room was correct (very very small but as expected). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has 2 bars, one on the 1st floor, and a rooftop. The rooftop was great, open in the morning, and became a bar in the afternoon. Coffee is free (not tasty), and you can buy some breakfast stuff, or go around the hotel; there are plenty of options.
Negatives:
The AirCo was extremely noisy. It was impossible to turn it on during the night, because of the noise, but it was very warm in the room. The bathroom wasn't that clean.
The prices were high, but this is NYC.
