Positives:
Good location and is well maintained. Staff is really friendly and helpful. There are nice lounge areas and the bar is nice. The rooftop is a must. They have free gym so it’s great to keep it active.
Negatives:
Rooms are quite small and the bathroom is transparent, but it’s ok if you’re solo. This is also a busy hotel, with many people coming and going (NY style).

The room was super clean, the staff was so kind and helpful, and the rooftop deck is adorable! It was surprisingly quiet, and I liked how the neighborhood felt more residential than touristy.
Negatives:
The wall separating the bathroom is glass, and only the middle section is (lightly) frosted - you can still see through it. Given how small the rooms are, it would be really awkward if anyone were in the room when someone needed to use the bathroom.
The only thing I felt was missing was maybe a mini fridge for leftovers and to keep bottled water cold.

Ideally located, not too noisy, very clean rooms. The common spaces are very charming too: pool, ping pong table, cafe.. One of the only hotels in NYC where you can book a room even when being 18-21y.o.
