The front desk staff was great, especially the one who spoke Chinese, he comforted my mom and helped us change the room. Without them, I would this hotel a 1.
Negatives:
The room rate was high, but the room and bed were both very small. The room we stayed in on the first day was filled with steam after taking a shower, which even made it difficult for me to breathe. We changed to a larger room by communicating with the front desk staff, but the bed was still very close to the wall, and the corner of the bed was very sharp, hitting my knees many times.
The room size is not directly displayed on the Pod hotel page on Booking, you need to click on the room type to get this information, which is different from other hotels on Booking.
There was no refrigerator or microwave available for us.
The hotel asked me to use my last name and room number to connect to the WIFI, but I never succeeded, so I had to reconnect to the free WiFi every three hours.
