Positives:
Great location. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable and clean with great views from the window in the hotel room and bathroom. Had everything I needed. Airconditioning was not too noisy - everything seemed very new and well-maintained.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives:
The hotel has a rooftop bar, which is nice, but it is also open to visitors outside the hotel, which means that the three elevators in the hotel were often occupied. That was a bit of a nuisance.

The location of the hotel is brilliant as it is a short walking distance from some of the main highlights of New York. I also particularly liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Negatives:
There was a problem with the WiFi connection. However, when contacting the staff, this was fixed shortly. The room was also quite small, but this is expected for New York City.
