Location was very good. There is a delightful little garden for guests to access. There is also a lovely little park across the road. Good walking distance to downtown. Very good access to two different Subway lines.

The AC was super loud even if it was turned off. I asked to change the room. Not possible because no rooms were available according to them (it is a lie), they would have better checked the next day after midday (check out time). The day after at 7am they found me another room but I asked for a discount for the previous night. The answer of course was NO. So I checked out.
