Positives:
Location was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Felt secure with lobby up on 4th floor and needed key to operate the lift to upper floors. View of the river from our room on the 21st floor was nice. Nice change to be able to open the window in a hotel these days

I've stayed in other pods before and this one was slightly disappointing. The room felt like a hospital room with furniture bolted to the walls. The sheets were badly ironed and rough. I asked for a room facing east and the reception girl said she didn't know where that was.

Positives:
Excellent location and good size room perfect for resting up at night after exploring the city sights. Just the right size. Mattress was comfortable, linen clean and very tidy room. House keeping was friendly and welcoming. Reception was helpful with a toothbrush and toothpaste as I had ran out. Perfect shelves and hooks for travel needs.
Negatives:
The restaurant very young short man, on Oct 16th, around 11am was glued to his cellphone, seemed bothered to answer my questions, gave no pleasantries like thank you or welcoming words. He didn't recommend your coffee. Just a sour face a d unpleasant to interact with. He is missing the point of his purpose in that role.
I also was disappointed that the roof top was closed.
