Positives:
The best part of the apartment is the location. Even though, the neighborhood was full of homeless, it was well connected with the JFK and Newark airport and any subway to any place in Manhattan. The rooms were as described in the website, a bit small but more than enough.
Negatives:
The homeless around the neighborhood. In the room, the only thing was that the bathroom wasn’t properly separated/ soundproof from the bed.

The location was perfect. It was close to Times Square, Central Park, Bryant Park, Broadway, and museums.

The room was really small and could be better cleaned. The carpet in the room has a smell. I requested to change rooms and they did so which was nice.

i am using booking.com from many years every time get good results but this time i get the worst experience from POD hotel, room size 6x6 no fridge no side table ,not even basic facility in the room and stinky wash room , such a worst experience ,

Positives:
The location was fantastic, 2 blocks from the subway with a supermarket & 2 off broadway theatres on the same block. Right across the street, eateries are abundant.
Negatives:
The neighbourhood did have many homeless and less than savoury characters hanging around.
Also, the roof terrace access was closed throughout my stay
