Positives:
Location is short walk to Times Square, hop on hop off bus stops and restaurants and convenience stores. The Port Authority bus terminal is one block away and the Newark Express stops right outside the hotel on arrival. The hotel offers free guided walks, which are very good, and they will even do small printing jobs for free. Happy hour ends at 7 at the hotel bar. The rooms are compact and a bit cramped for two, but contain everything you need. Safe deposit box, hair drier, desk, toiletries etc. WiFi was good. I had a queen room. I enjoyed my 5 nights there and would recommend it to anyone visiting crazy New York.
Negatives:
The reception staff were kind and helpful but the various people who manned the concierge desk were not. They only want to sell private car transport at USD90 a shot or hop on hop off bus tickets(which are no cheaper than you can buy on the street). They are not interested in helping with any other info.

Positives:
I did not realize there was a bar and a restaurant until we were leaving - maybe at check in the staff can give a little information on the restaurant hours (would have been handy in the morning for coffee) and bar hours. Staff were all very polite and professional maybe they thought that would have been chatty - let them know people in their 60's don't typically mind chatty :)
Negatives:
nothing - this approach to lodging is a GREAT idea and definitely very convenient. Maybe add the average square footage of a room would be helpful for each property (if it is there - I missed it)

Positives:
Safety! Entrance 2nd floor. Secure elevator tower to rooms. The bunk bed room served my granddaughter and I well. Loved location. Liked the lobby and it's area to sit and eat outside purchased food .Very close to subway entrance and Time Sqare. 1 block to Aladdin, the play. 24 hour desk and security. No homeless outside of entrance. Close to eating establishments. Great staff, helpful. Staff knowledgeable about area and activities!

Location was a great and facility was clean and cozy. The staff was very nice and prompt with any request. Accommodations were basic but provided everything that was needed for a NY stay. The lounge and bar area was very nice and provided more private bathrooms when needed.

Would have liked a more robust ladder for the top bunk bed.

The room was very very very small and not comfortable and not for two person at all, also bathroom was very very small and sink not good it was very small it like on airplane so should be at least little bit bigger and deferent, also chair not comfortable and mattress was very bad and not good and not comfortable at all.
