Positives: Great location and very helpful employees. You have to request cleaning service whenever you would like it, but it’s just writing your name on a piece of paper in the lobby. They held all 6 of our bags for us after check-out and even called us a private car for our airport ride on the way out.
Negatives: The rooms are very small so be prepared for that. We were only there for 2 nights so we put everything we needed into our carry-ons and didn’t bother opening our large suitcases at all, there just wasn’t room for it. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way which was odd but not a huge deal. *Note: I would not recommend the bunked room for anyone with mobility issues. I consider myself athletic and I struggled with the ladder a few times. The steps are just very skinny and they sit very close to the tv on the top bunk, so you have to be nimble and very careful. There’s really no room to land safely if you fall.
