Positives: My daughter and I had a great few days in nyc. Vito was amazing and very helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel, and the server was very friendly, as was the rest of the staff..
Negatives: We did find the rooms to be a little dirty. All the high touch areas were dirty, the door was splattered with something and dirty from touching. The wall behind the top bunk had something splattered on the wall. The bed has dirty finger prints allover as well.
